Chelsea and AC Milan are in fresh transfer talks regarding a summer transfer before the end of this window, informs the Chelsea News.
There isn’t long left now as we approach the end of the month and the new season has started, but Chelsea still look to have a little bit of business to do.
There might be one or two more arrivals at Stamford Bridge before the window is out, but at the moment the club are largely concentrating on getting players out the door and thinning the squad for Thomas Tuchel as well as balancing the financial books.
One player who will almost certainly be leaving after clearly not featuring in Tuchel’s plans is midfielder, Tiemoue Bakayoko, and he is the subject of strong interest from AC Milan.
The Italian club are ‘in talks’ with Chelsea to sign him according to transfer reporter Fabrizio Romano, and there are ‘negotiations ongoing’ for this deal.
