According to Alan Nixon, Sean Dyche is prepared to offload five senior players this summer in order to generate funds for a £20 million move for Sheffield United’s Iliman Ndiaye, relays the Goodison.News.
The journalist reported on Patreon that Dyche is open to selling Jordan Pickford, Demarai Gray, Neal Maupay, Mason Holgate, and Amadou Onana to bolster the club’s transfer budget.
It is believed that the 23-year-old Senegalese striker Ndiaye is a primary target for Dyche, with Everton ready to bid £20 million for his services. However, Marseille’s interest is said to be increasing, which could complicate matters for the Everton manager. Dyche had initially attempted to sign Ndiaye in January.
Ndiaye, who previously played for Boreham Wood, is currently in the final year of his contract at Bramall Lane. Nixon suggests that the French-born player views Marseille as a “dream destination.”
