Just because the majority of transfer windows have now slammed shut, it doesn’t mean Chelsea’s transfer business is over for this summer, informs the Chelsea-News.co.
In fact, they could still be looking to loan out or sell two or three more players with other transfer windows around the world still open as I type this.
One major one is the rumoured move of young academy graduate Tino Anjorin heading to Lokomotiv Moscow on loan with an option to buy, which Chelsea will then have a clause in the contract to buy him back.
This one has now been officially confirmed by the Russian club via their Twitter account over night, as seen below.

This will be a good move for Anjorin, who will be under Thomas Tuchel’s friend Ralf Rangnick, and the deal means that if he succeeds at the club and Chelsea want to sign him back, and of course he wants to come back, then that option is still there for all parties at least.
