‘Due to be fit’ – West Ham triple injury news ahead of Man United

ExWHUemployee has stated that West Ham United’s top players Declan Rice, Nayef Aguerd, and Tomas Soucek are likely to return to the field against Manchester United on Sunday, writes the WHZ.

The three stars were unable to participate in the 3-0 loss to Manchester City on Wednesday due to a sudden illness. The Hammers hope to increase their lead over the relegation zone to seven points when they host the Red Devils at the London Stadium, and the news from ExWHUemployee has given the team a much-needed boost before the match.

During the West Ham Way podcast on May 5th, ExWHUemployee stated that due to the sickness bug affecting several West Ham United players before the Manchester City game, the club was unable to field young players on the bench. Instead, Jarrod Bowen, Lucas Paqueta, and Angelo Ogbonna were selected as replacements after initially being expected to start on the bench. Ex also confirmed that there was no opportunity for younger players to be called up in time to take the place of the ill players.

He said: “There was no chance for younger players to make their way up in time to replace them.

”We believe the three players were replaced by Bowen, Paqueta and Ogbonna who were all on the bench originally.

“All three are due to be fit for Sunday’s game against Manchester United.”
