Ex-Everton released this month set to stay in the Premier League

According to reports, Fulham is making an attempt to sign defender Yerry Mina following the expiration of his contract with Everton, writes the Daily Mail. The 28-year-old is now a free agent after completing a five-year stint at Goodison Park.

Fulham has expressed interest in acquiring the services of the powerful center-back and is looking to make a move if any of their current defenders depart, as per The Sun. One player who has been linked with a potential exit is Tosin Adarabioyo, with Tottenham reportedly showing interest.

Adarabioyo, who made 25 appearances for Fulham last season and impressed under manager Marco Silva, has attracted attention. Although Tottenham had initially shown interest in Marc Guehi, Crystal Palace’s valuation of £60 million has led them to explore other options.

With just one year remaining on Adarabioyo’s contract, Fulham is now open to the possibility of his departure, and Monaco is also reportedly keen on securing his services.

Yerry Mina expressed his gratitude to Everton and their fans at the end of the season, stating that it had been an honor to be part of the club. The 28-year-old center-back joined Everton from Barcelona in 2018 for a fee of £27.2 million.
