Fabrizio Romano provides update on Tottenham star’s situation amid European interest

Lo Celso joined Tottenham Hotspur in the summer of 2019 from Real Betis, initially on loan, before making the transfer permanent in January last year. The Argentine international has grown into a key player for Jose Mourinho over the past year but has been battling injury issues for some time now.

Nevertheless, speculations of interest in the midfielder have been doing rounds of late, with Romano himself recently revealing that Lo Celso had many admirers in Spain.

Add to that, Juventus have also been mentioned as a potential suitor for the Argentine. However, Romano has insisted that there isn’t much to those reports, while also adding that Lo Celso is happy at Tottenham and is committed to the club. (h/t
