Chelsea look set to complete their first signing of the summer, and it might surprise a few of who that might be, writes the Chelsea News.

The news came out last night that the Blues looked to have beaten Real Madrid to the signature of Chicago Fire goalkeeper, Gabriel Slonina.

The news was reported by Fabrizio Romano and then relayed by other sites, in particular cfcnewspage on Instagram.

Romano commented on the report and said ‘get ready for the here we go’, which means the transfer guru is confident that the deal will happen soon.
