During a live talkSPORT Drive discussion, Darren Bent expressed his desire for West Ham United to emerge victorious in the Conference League final against Fiorentina on Wednesday evening.
Following their Europa League semi-final defeat to Eintracht Frankfurt in the 2021/22 season, David Moyes’ team is aiming to surpass that achievement.
Bent openly shared his support for West Ham, stating that he would “love” to see them succeed in Prague and secure the trophy.
“I want West Ham to win because I know they are no threat to Arsenal,” said Bent (talkSPORT, 7 June).
“If Manchester United are in Europe, I’d want them out.
“After the run last year when they got to the semi-final and faltered at the end and this season and a tough situation in the league, I just feel like it’s written in the stars for them to win. I’d love to see them win it.”
