‘Next week’ – Fabrizio Romano shared important Declan Rice exit update

Fabrizio Romano has revealed that Arsenal will move into the “crucial” phase of negotiations for the transfer of West Ham United captain Declan Rice next week, informs the WHZ.

This update comes after West Ham’s recent victory in the Europa Conference League, with club chairman David Sullivan acknowledging the likelihood of offers for the midfielder in the upcoming transfer window. Sullivan also stated that they would not hinder Rice’s departure if a suitable offer meets their valuation.

Several clubs, including Arsenal, Bayern Munich, Manchester United, Manchester City, and Chelsea, have been linked with an interest in the talented English player, whose contract with West Ham expires next summer. Romano shared this development on Twitter on Sunday morning, providing fans with an insight into the potential deal between Arsenal and Rice.

“Arsenal will enter into crucial stages of Declan Rice deal next week,” he wrote.

“Official bid expected very soon after positive talks in the recent days. “Gunners feel they’re ahead of Bayern as player priority is to continue in England – but timing will be crucial for Arsenal.”
