‘Not ruling it out’ – West Ham player makes bold claim after really poor season

Over the past few weeks, Michail Antonio has shown a return to form for West Ham United, writes the HammerNews. Like many of his teammates, the forward had a difficult start to the season, leading to speculation that he may depart from the London Stadium during the summer transfer window.

However, the 33-year-old has recently shown a resurgence, scoring three goals in his last two matches for the Hammers.

In addition, the last game saw Pablo Fornals executing an impressive “scorpion kick” to score during West Ham’s 4-0 win against Bournemouth on Sunday. In an interview with WHUFC.com, Michail Antonio expressed his admiration for Fornals’ goal and his desire to replicate it, stating:

“It’s great to see everyone in and amongst the goals. But Pablo’s finish was instinctive.”

“It’s just dropped to him, and he’s pulled off a nice little scorpion kick. I have always wanted to score a goal like that.”

“Pablo did it against Bournemouth, but I am not ruling out an attempt from myself in the future!”
