Sean Dyche sends message to Frank Lampard after ex-Everton boss returns to managing

Sean Dyche has sent his best wishes to Frank Lampard, who was recently appointed as the interim manager of Chelsea, writes the LiverpoolEcho.

Lampard will remain in charge of the team until the end of the season, taking over from Graham Potter, who was dismissed despite only taking the reins in September. Lampard’s appointment comes after his own departure from Everton earlier this year, where he experienced a winless streak of six games following the World Cup.

Chelsea have brought in Frank Lampard as their interim manager with the challenge of turning around the club’s poor league performance and making progress in the Champions League, where they are set to face Real Madrid in the quarter-finals.

Meanwhile, Sean Dyche has taken over from Lampard at Everton and has been able to make some positive changes that give the fans some hope in the relegation battle. During his press conference, Dyche commented on Lampard’s return and stated that he does not like to criticize other managers and wishes him well in his new role.

He said: “Fair play to him. I attempt not to question other managers at any level regardless of situations.

“Everyone gets a job for a reason. I wish him well.”
