Tottenham Hotspur dropped a big clue concerning the future of Gareth Bale on Wednesday afternoon on Twitter, writes the Football.london.
The Welshman’s future remains up for debate following a season spent on-loan in North London.
Recently appointed Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti has previously suggested that he could return to the Santiago Bernabeu next season, whilst there have been calls from Spurs fans for the club to extend his deal.
Nevertheless, Spurs appear to have unintentionally suggested where his future lies – his immediate future at least – with their tweets concerning Euro 2020.
Bale’s national side Wales are set to take on Turkey on Wednesday evening in their second match of the tournament.

Previously, Bale has featured in all of the North London’s content surrounding their player’s international commitments throughout the summer.
That was not the case on Wednesday though with only permanent Spurs players Ben Davies and Joe Rodon featuring in Spurs’ pre-match graphic.
Whether that is directly related to Bale’s future remains to be seen but it is quite a move from the club considering that his loan deal at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium does not officially expire until June 30.
The 31-year-old enjoyed a rollercoaster year in his season back with Spurs.
Despite initially failing to break into the starting line-up under former boss Jose Mourinho, he still managed to rack up 16 goals in all competitions – the most he has scored in a single campaign since the 2017/18 season.
Bale still has a year left on his current contract at the Santiago Bernabeu.
